Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

Liaise with an established team in Tehran to develop a Iran specific Business Development strategy.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Manage strategic account opportunities to maximize penetration
Lead the development and implementation of the business plan for strategic customer acquisition, leading to annual revenue growth and vibrant opportunities
Monitor competitors, market conditions and market development
Build long-term relationships with new and existing stakeholders, internally and externally
Longer-term, hire and develop a wider Business Development team
Convert business questions into analytical problems to solve, extrapolate actionable insights from data analysis, and communicate critical findings to business partners efficiently

Requirements:

Fluent in English.
having a PBA or PMP certificate is a plus
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus.
Ability to travel abroad.
Proven working experience as a business development professional, sales executive or other relevant roles.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Familiar with Trading Platform and P2P Market mechanisms.
Excellent communication & management skills
Ability to quickly develop specialist Market knowledge
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Responsibilities:

Define, update, and implement IT objectives and programs to Birdseye’s objectives and strategies
Guide, train and coach the R&D and Development personnel towards professional growth within the department, while acting as a positive role model/mentor and taking an active role in employment matters to preserve and enhance employee relations.
Contribute to the National implementation of a technology management process for the development and progression of key technology blocks.
Accelerate technological change and/or requirements specifically in the Blockchain and Trading Platform Area.
Define KPI metrics to optimize the overall performance.
Control performance objectives and report performance status

Requirements:

Fluent in English (Written/Verbal)
Arabic and Turkish Language knowledge is a plus.
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency knowledge is a plus.
Ability to travel abroad.
Masters or PhD in Software/Electrical/Financial or relevant field.
Have the ability to take decisions.
Be able to see the big picture as you will have to envision projects from start to finish.
Have the Management skills.

Responsibilities:

Design and build new APIs used by Ariomex website and mobile app
Write integration tests for Stress Testing Scenarios
Help the product team continuously improve our customer's experience
Take responsibility for the delivery pipeline and quality of your code
Work with market specialists to translate requirements into code
Good grasp of fundamental programming concepts and patterns including Algorithmic Trading programming
Very good javascript skills with experience and solid understanding of Nodejs
Able to use R, C++ effectively
Comfort with command line, git, npm
Consuming and understanding business, functional and technical requirements
Participating in solution evaluation, developing Proof of Concepts
Collaborating with other team members to interactively design and develop new applications and features
Developing and maintaining complete end-to-end solutions
Developing technical documents to accurately represent the design and code
Serving as an expert in the support of the applications assigned
Capturing and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs

Requirements:

Fluent in English (Written/Verbal)
Computer Programming: 3 years (Preferred)
Blockchain and Cryptocurrency knowledge is mandatory.
Experience working on large-scale web applications as a lead or senior level developer
Microservices/REST API
SQL and/or NoSQL databases (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB)
JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js is an asset.
